The INOVA franchise is currently a owned by Nite Ize and was aquired from Emissive Energy Corp on February 1st of 2010.
This company was established in 1989 by the current president Rick Case. Rick Case was an undergraduate at the time attending the University of Colorado when in his own words Rick Case reports “I was on a fishing trip using the brand new mini flashlight my family gave me as a gift. I was staring down into the water, watching my still lit flashlight on the bottom when an idea hit me. That idea became the first product I ever made, the Headband Mini Flashlight Holder.”

The LED MICROLIGHT
